Comfortable, light weight neck wrap has a contoured gel pack that fits inside a plush cotton velour sleeve to wear day or night. Supporting a tired neck during sleep prevents neck creasing that causes wrinkles. Heat up the wrap to soothe stiff tired muscles at the end of a long day, or chill it in the freezer or refrigerator to cool down on a hot day, after exercise or to beat the heat of your next hot flash. This unique and versatile wrap comes with a beautiful, passionate purple hemmed velour sleeve and does so much more than provide comfortable neck support.

To heat the gel pack:

• Place it into the microwave oven on high in 10-second intervals--not to exceed 15 seconds.
• Remove the pack from the microwave using an oven mitt or towel as it may be very hot.
• You may also heat it by placing it in hot water until it reaches your desired temperature.

To freeze the gel pack:

• Place it in the freezer for at least four hours before use, or
• Chill in your refrigerator

The gel pack is durable, but be careful to follow the instructions when heating or cooling to avoid puncture. If the gel pack becomes punctured, please discard it immediately. The sleeve for the neck wrap is washable. Remove the gel pack from the sleeve, Velcro both ends together, place the sleeve in a net laundry bag and wash it with your delicates on the gentle cycle. It is best to lay flat to dry.
