It depends on the time of day you place your order and where it is being shipped to. For orders placed before noon during the week we will ship the same day. Orders placed after noon will be shipped out on the following day. For orders placed Friday evening through Sunday, they will be processed and shipped out on the following Monday. If you place your order on a holiday, your items will be shipped on the next business day. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail if one was provided. The confirmation email will contain a UPS tracking number for the package. You can visit UPS.com or call (800) PICK-UPS to obtain tracking information. UPS delivery takes anywhere from 1-10 business days. Your order is being shipped from South Florida so orders going to most places will take 2 to 4 days while orders to California may take 7-9 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 5 days of placing your order, please feel free to contact us at service@rejuveneck.com to confirm its receipt. Otherwise, if you did receive the confirmation e-mail but never actually received your package, please contact our fulfillment center at (561) 863-4204 to report a claim. Rejuveneck allows you to ship to an address other than your billing address. However, we do require that you provide us with the billing address that match's your credit card institutions records. We recommend that you contact your card institution to update them with your approved secondary ship-to addresses. Please note that orders may be placed on hold if we are unable to confirm the billing information with your credit card bank. If you are using an international credit card, we may require that you provide us with a signed authorization and proper identification to ship your products.

This option must also be used for orders being delivered to APO/FPO addresses as we may not be able to use our common carrier for these deliveries. Rejuveneck is here to provide you with excellent, high quality products. However, in the rare instance that you receive defective or incorrectly shipped product, you can return the item to us. Returning an item is as easy as 1 -2- 3.
1) Email service@rejuveneck.com or call (888) 409-2009 and tell us the problem (whether the product is incorrectly shipped or defective) within 7 days of receipt or your order for replacement or refund. If your package has been damaged in shipment, please keep the box for UPS to examine. Incorrectly shipped product must be returned UNUSED.
2) We will issue a call tag so you can ship back to us the wrong or defective product. Items must be shipped back to us with the original invoice and a print out of our reply.
3) Return items to Southend Fulfillment, Inc., 1946 Avenue L, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, with "Attention: Customer Service" on the box.
